And of course, the personal relationships I have with other Realtors and Brokers.  I pride myself in working only exclusive listings regardless of price range.  My phillosophy (not shared by many) is that I will only list what I can handle. If I am not personally in the front yard of each of my listings weekly, then I am not capable of giving the client my full attention.  For buyers, as a Realtor, I can show you all properties, I mean everything in Coryell County.
